Jurnal Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan Indonesia

JPHPI published information of empirical research and reviews in biotechnology product aquatic, biochemistry aquatic product, and aquatic product technology. PHPI is published by Departemen of aquatic product technology and Indonesian Fisheries Processing Society.

JPHPI was first published at the beginning of 1999  with twice per year in frequency on March and October. Since 2012, JPHPI has been published three times per year on  April, August and December.Now, JPHPI index and member by Crossreff, DOAJ, Cite Factor, OAJI, Portal Garuda, and Google Scholar. JPHPI also present with elsevier presentation for determine scopus process, hopefully JPHPI also index by scopus. beside that, JPHPI also wanto join to thomson reuters, and organization for development JPHPI.

JPHPI has been officially accredited based on the Decree of Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education number 12/M/Kp/II/2015 on 11 February 2015 about Accreditation of Periodical Scientific Publication Period II Year 2014.

Jurnal Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan Indonesia awalnya bernama Buletin Teknologi Hasil Perikanan (THP) dengan ISSN 0854-9230 pertama kali terbit pada tahun 1996-1999. Pembentukan buletin ini bertujuan untuk menampung dan menyebarluaskan hasil-hasil penelitian khususnya di bidang teknologi hasil perikanan dan bioteknologi kelautan sehingga dapat diketahui kemajuan dari penelitian di bidang tersebut. Saat ini, jurnal dikelola bersama dengan Masyarakat Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan Indonesia dan nama buletin  berubah menjadi Jurnal Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan Indonesia.
