JPHPI publishes manuscripts in the field of marine post-harvest, aquatic biotechnology, aquatic biochemistry, aquatic product diversification, and characteristics of aquatic raw materials for both food and non food products originating from the marine and freshwater bodies of Indonesia. In addition, JPHPI also publishes research on various aspects of basic and applied science in topics related to:
