Focus: Jurnal Teknologi dan Industri Pangan (JTIP) or Journal of Food Technology and Industry focuses on publishing original and important research manuscripts or invited review manuscripts dealing with food science, food technology, food nutrition, and its application in the food industry. After Vol 33 No. 1, the journal is no longer publishing short communications.

Scope: The Journal welcomes research manuscripts as follows: food science (including food chemistry, food microbiology, and food biochemistry), food technology, food processing, food engineering, food safety, nutrition and quality, as well as applications in the food industry.
