KESELAMATAN KERJA PADA BONGKAR MUAT KAPAL MINI PURSE SEINE 10 GT DI PELABUHAN PERIKANAN LEMPASING
Abstract
Lempasing Coastal Fishing Port (PPP) is the largest fishing port in Lampung. One of the most widely operated vessels in Lempasing Port is the mini purse seine. There are various activities at Lempasing fishing Port, namely landing (unloading) and marketing of fish. Loading and unloading activities at the Lempasing Fishing Port are the main activities, after the ship docks at the dock. Accidents that occur in loading and unloading activities can cause losses in the form of delays in activities. The purposes of this research were to identify activities and potential hazards of loading and unloading activities for mini purse seine vessels, analyze the accident rate and risk opportunities that may occur, provide recommendations/alternative solutions, and determine work accident control measures. The survey method descriptive HTA (Hierachy Task Analysis) was used in this research. The results showed that there were 47 accident risks in loading and unloading activities, 36 (77%) moderate risk activities, 5 (11%) two activities (4%) severe risk, and 4 (9%) fatal risk activities. The greatest risk of work accidents occurred in unloading activities. This was because there were around 20 individuals involved, and the activities carried out were quite heavy.
