Coral reef resources in the Seribu Islands National Park reached 40% live coral cover since 2011 to 2017, and are classified as damage condition. The condition of coral reef cover on Kayu Angin Genteng Island has a percentage of 49% since 2018 to 2019 and is classified in the moderately damaged category. This study aims to evaluate the condition of coral reefs on Pulau Genteng Besar and Kayu Angin Genteng using the Underwater Photo Transect method and analysis used CPCe (Coral Point Count with Excel Extensions) software. The location of data collection was carried out using by purposive sampling. The results of observations on Genteng Besar Island showed that the highest hard coral cover was at the north point (57.25%). The highest category of lifeform species found at the western point was the Massive Coral (CM) type (13.31%), and the lowest was found in the Acropora Digitate (ACD) category (0.27%). The results of observations made on Kayu Angin Genteng Island showed that the percentage of hard coral cover was 32.30%, 10 species with the highest lifeform category found at the north point was Coral Foliose (CF) (24.06%) and the lowest in the category of Massive Coral (CM).
