Pendampingan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Bagi Guru-Guru SMA Al Quran Wahdah Islamiyah Kendari

Mentoring the implementation of learning models for high school teachers is a strategic step to improve the quality of education. Mentoring provides practical solutions to learning obstacles and provides evaluation and feedback to improve teaching effectiveness. This mentoring aims to improve teacher competency in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective learning. This community service activity was carried out at SMA Al Quran Wahdah Islamiyah Kendari. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. The preparation stage included coordinating with related parties, namely the principal at SMA Al Quran Wahdah Islamiyah Kendari, as the location for the community service activity, conducting field surveys, designing community-oriented activities in education on the application of learning models, conducting socialization of the community-oriented learning program plan, and recruiting participants. The implementation stage of the activity began with the distribution of initial questionnaires, providing education, discussions, and distributing final questionnaires. Teachers were satisfied with the mentoring process that had been carried out and assessed that the activity was very effective in improving their ability to apply innovative and effective learning models in the classroom. The mentoring program was deemed highly successful in achieving its goal of improving the quality of learning at SMA Al Quran Wahdah Islamiyah Kendari. Most teachers felt they had developed strong skills in implementing the learning models they learned through the mentoring program. This mentoring activity contributes to improving teacher competency in implementing innovative and effective learning models, while simultaneously encouraging improvements in the quality of learning at SMA Al Quran Wahdah Islamiyah Kendari and helping teachers develop learning strategies that are aligned with student needs.
