Before submitting your manuscript to Jurnal Gizi dan Pangan (Indonesian Journal of Nutrition and Food), please ensure that all of the following requirements are met:

• Originality: The paper has not been previously published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
• File Format: The manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
• Format & Structure: The paper is prepared in accordance with the Guidelines for Authors and the Manuscript Template. This includes adhering to limits on the total word count (excluding tables, figures, and references), as well as the maximum number of tables and figures. (See Author Guidelines and JGP Template)
• Language Quality: The paper is written in clear and correct English. If accepted, the manuscript must undergo professional proofreading (funded by the authors) prior to publication.
• References: All references have been checked for accuracy, completeness, and consistent formatting.
• Ethical Approval: For studies involving human or animal subjects, a valid ethical clearance/approval statement must be provided.
• Authorship & Acknowledgments: The corresponding author must ensure that all contributors are duly acknowledged according to their respective roles.
• Author Consent: All authors must agree to the submission and sign the Author’s Statement Letter.
