Articles accepted for publication but not yet finalized may be withdrawn before their final release under the following circumstances:

• The article contains significant errors.
• The article is an unintentional duplicate of a published work.
• The article violates journal publishing policies, as determined by the editor (e.g., multiple submissions, false authorship claims, plagiarism, or data manipulation).
• The article is a previously published version due to editorial or production errors.
