Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Kelautan Tropis (JITKT) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that is published three times a year, specifically in April, August, and December. The journal is collaboratively managed and published by the Department of Marine Science and Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, IPB University, in partnership with the Association of Indonesian Maritime Specialists and the Association of Indonesian Coastal Management Experts.
JITKT is fully supported—both technically and financially—by the Department of Marine Science and Technology within the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences at IPB University, a nonprofit government institution. As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in academic publishing, JITKT does not accept any form of advertising or commercial revenue. Additionally, the journal does not engage in any direct marketing activities.
