This study aimed to determine the effect of using box ram on the growth of seaweed (Caulerpa lentillifera). This research is located in Dato Rangas Waters, Majene. This study consisted of 4 (four) points, namely 3 (three) points using ram boxes and 1 (one) point without ram boxes for control. The amount of Caulerpa lentillifera that was spread at the time of planting for all points was 500 g. The results showed that the growth of Caulerpa lentillifera during the study did not experience growth because the weather at the research site was relatively hot, which ranged from 26.8-38.1°C. Therefore, this range was not optimal for Caulerpa lentillifera growth, could affect the temperature of the culture medium, and affected the overall water quality parameters of the rearing medium. The range of water quality parameters during the study were temperature (26.8-38.1°C), pH (6.9-7.9), salinity (31-35), nitrate (0.0110 ppm), phosphate (0.0163 ppm), and ammonia (0.0021 ppm).
