Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetik

1. Institutional Responsibility and Publisher

Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetik is an institutional scientific publication of the Faculty of Medicine and Nutrition (Fakultas Kedokteran dan Gizi), IPB University, published in collaboration with PERGIZI PANGAN Indonesia and the Indonesia Dietetic Association (Asosiasi Dietisien Indonesia—AsDI).

The journal has been published since 2022 under E-ISSN 2830-0890. Its publishing unit was previously identified as the Department of Community Nutrition, Faculty of Human Ecology, IPB University.

IPB University is identified as the publisher in the journal’s Publication Ethics Statement. The collaborating organizations are identified as publishing partners; their respective arrangements are documented in the cooperation agreements linked from the Journal History page.

2. Editorial Management

The journal’s editorial activities are managed by its editorial team, comprising the Chair of the Editorial Board, Editorial Board members, Executive Editor, Technical Editors, and Secretariat.

Their responsibilities encompass manuscript assessment, coordination of peer review, editorial decisions, publication preparation, and administrative communication.

3. Editorial Independence

Editorial assessment is based on scientific quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, and compliance with publication ethics.

Editors make publication decisions with consideration of reviewer recommendations and may consult the Editorial Board when necessary.

Sponsorship, distribution, commercialization, and institutional relationships must not improperly influence editorial decisions. Editors with relevant conflicts of interest must withdraw from handling affected manuscripts.
