Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetik is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal. Manuscripts can be submitted to the managing editor via an online system or the OJS Open Access publishing model.

Authors can freely use the published articles in PDF format for non-commercial purposes on personal or institutional websites. All articles are open access, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts
