Article Processing Charge (APC)

Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetik applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to articles accepted for publication. This page provides information about the applicable fee and payment procedure.

1. Publication Fee

Starting from Volume 4 Number 2 (2025), the publication fee is:

IDR 400,000 per accepted article

Bank transfer or payment transaction charges are not included. Authors are responsible for any transaction charges associated with their payment.

2. Payment Timing and Procedure

The publication fee becomes payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The editorial office will provide payment instructions to the corresponding author following acceptance. Authors should follow those instructions and submit payment confirmation as requested.

Authors who receive unclear or unexpected payment requests should verify them directly with the editorial office before making a payment.

3. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on scientific quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, peer-review recommendations, and compliance with publication ethics.

The ability or willingness to pay does not guarantee acceptance. Payment does not replace editorial assessment or peer review.

4. Reader Access

Published articles are freely accessible on the journal website. Readers are not required to pay a subscription or article access fee.

The APC is a publication charge payable by authors after acceptance and is separate from reader access.

5. Fee Inquiries

Questions about the applicable publication fee, payment instructions, or transaction confirmation should be directed to the editorial office.

Any change to the publication fee will be announced on this page, together with its effective date or applicable publication issue.
