Author(s) are charged an Article Processing Charge (APC) IDR 2,000,000,- for Indonesian author(s) or 200 USD for foreign author(s) for each article accepted for publication starting in 2025. Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Kelautan Tropis only charges the author(s) for the article publication fee without any submission fee. Accepted articles will not be published until the APC is paid.

Submission of the manuscript requires payment of the article processing fee; However, this payment does not guarantee acceptance of the manuscript. The manuscript will be submitted to reviewers for thorough evaluation. If the manuscript is rejected, 70% of the fee will be refunded.

Authors who have problems paying the APC can request a fee waiver. We do not want the publication of works to be hampered by costs. Contact us via email for more information.
