The service is a form of service delivery to satisfy user needs. The Fishing port must pay attention to various aspects that can improve the quality of its services. The purpose of this study is to find out what services that have not met the expectations / needs of Kuala Tungkal fishermen to the operational services and facilities provided by the Kuala Tungkal manager. In this research, the writer uses case study method with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the attributes in 1st quadrant become the priority of their services to be improved and repaired, according to the expectations of fishermen which are (4) Condition of port ponds, (6) Services of fish auction activities, (8) Service of ship repair facilities (ship docking), (11) Adequacy of the amount of ice needed by fishermen, (14) Adequate amount of fuel needed by fishermen, (15) Clean water services, and (7) Adequate amount of water needed by fishermen.Downloads
