Increasing demand for food and agriculture drives the expansion of cultivated land and accelerates forest conversion in West Java, particularly in Sukabumi District where strategic regional development plans intensify pressure on ecological functions. Inadequate landscape management contributes to the degradation of landscape services and impedes sustainability. Agroforestry presents a promising solution by integrating agricultural and forestry systems to create a more balanced and sustainable ecosystem. This study, focusing on CV Antoni Farm in Cikembar, Sukabumi, aims to formulate a management strategy for agroforestry landscapes by emphasizing landscape services and socio-cultural sustainability. This study employed a three-stage approach comprising landscape service analysis using secondary data and interviews, assessment of socio-cultural sustainability through community interviews, and a Value–Rarity–Imitability–Organization (VRIO) analysis based on managerial interviews to formulate agroforestry management strategies. The findings indicate that the agroforestry landscape at CV Antoni Farm contributes significantly to ecological functions, with a biodiversity index (H') of 2.5 (moderate category), carbon sequestration of 11.96 tonnes/year (high category), carbon storage of 97.58 tonnes (moderate category), and water runoff reduction of up to 246.31 m³/year. Land use efficiency is reflected in a Land Equivalent Ratio (LER) of 1.82. The socio-cultural sustainability assessment in Parakanlima Village reveals an early-stage condition, particularly in ecological, social, and spiritual aspects. Based on the VRIO framework, key recommended strategies include diversification of non-productive plant species, periodic evaluation through incentive schemes, establishment of multi-actor forums, community-based education, spatial development through functional zoning, and reinforcement of cultural symbols through stakeholder engagement.
