The editorial team conducts an initial assessment to evaluate the manuscript’s scope and compliance with the journal’s guidelines.

2. External Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass the editorial screening are sent to external reviewers for evaluation using a double-blind review system, in which: the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers; and the identities of the reviewers are concealed from the authors.

3. Review and Recommendation

Reviewers provide recommendations based on the academic quality, methodology, originality, and relevance of the manuscript.

4. Editorial Decision and Revision

The Editor in Chief makes the final decision regarding publication based on the reviewers’ recommendations. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts before acceptance.
