Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetik (J. Gizi Dietetik) or Journal of Nutritional Science and Dietetics is a scientific publication from the Department of Community Nutrition, Faculty of Human Ecology, IPB University, in collaboration with PERGIZI PANGAN Indonesia and the Indonesia Dietetic Association (Asosiasi Dietisien Indonesia - AsDI), and has been available since 2022. This journal is issued quarterly in March, June, September, and December. It offers open access to all published manuscripts, allowing readers to access them freely. The journal is published online and has an E-ISSN of 2830-0890.
Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetik (J. Gizi Dietetik) accepts research reports focusing on various aspects of nutrition and dietetics. These areas include the biochemical aspects of nutrition, clinical nutrition, community nutrition, sports nutrition, dietetics, health-related food components, nutritional supplementation and fortification, food and nutrition security, nutrition education and counseling, and the socioeconomic and cultural dimensions of nutrition, along with regulations and information related to nutrition and dietetics.
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process, with the Editorial Board making the final decision on acceptance based on the recommendations of peer reviewers.
