Diagnosa ultrasonografi hepatocellular carcinoma pada anjing

Abstract

Molly seekor anjing Rottweiler berwarna hitam, berusia 9 tahun dengan jenis kelamin betina dibawa pemilik ke Rumah Sakit Hewan Pendidikan Sekolah Kedokteran Hewan dan Biomedis IPB University (RSHP SKHB IPB). Pemilik menyampaikan keluhan nafsu makan Molly menurun, muntah, lemas, abdomen membesar, dan tidak mampu berdiri. Pemeriksaan kondisi fisik pada Molly menunjukkan suhu tubuh 39,0 °C, frekuensi napas 64 kali/menit, dan frekuensi jantung 100 kali/menit, tampak lemah dan tidak mampu berdiri. Hasil pemeriksaan ultrasonografi menunjukkan adanya multi nodular yang ditemukan pada organ hati yang mengarah kepada Hepatocecullar Cell Carcinoma.
