Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • All references are accessible through scholar google.
  • The text is written in journal template and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

GUIDE FOR AUTHORS OF ARSHI Veterinary Letters (ARSHI Vet. Lett.)
(edition 2017)

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Manuscripts must be original, have not been published previously in any scientific journal, that manuscripts are not being submitted for publication elsewhere, and will not be submitted to any media during the review process, unless the authors have officially withdrawn the manuscripts from ARSHI Vet. Lett. The statement must be stated in a statement of originality and copyright release form (Form A). >> DOWNLOAD Form A <<
  2. Manuscripts submitted are research topics which have not conflict with bioethical research.
  3. Manuscripts encompass a broad range of case report and research topics in veterinary fields.
  4. The journal is published 4 (fourth) times a year, i.e. February, May, August, and November.

MANUSCRIPT FILE

  1. Manuscripts are written in English or Bahasa and use standard scientific usage.
  2. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format, except for Graphs using Microsoft Excel program and Figures using JPEG or PDF format.
  3. Manuscripts should be typed using ARSHI Vet. Lett. template and the total number of pages is 1-2.
  4. Tables (editabel), Graphs (editabel), and Figures (minimum 300 dpi) should be placed directly in the main manuscript.
  5. Manuscripts content should be arranged as the following order: Title, Name of the author(s) and their institutions, Abstract, Introduction, Case (for case study), Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment (if any), References.
  6. Manuscripts and Form A should be submitted electronically through online system: http://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/arshivetlett/index
