Pouch Skin Flap pada Kasus Cutaneous Melanoma di Anjing Silky Terrier
Abstract
Cutaneous melanoma adalah tumor yang muncul dari sel-sel pigmen yang terjadi pada kulit dan paling umum terjadi pada anjing, kuda, dan beberapa breed babi. Melanoma yang terjadi pada kulit umumnya bersifat benign pada anjing. Tindakan bedah berupa pengangkatan dipilih untuk menangani cutaneous melanoma berukuran sekitar 3 x 2.5 cm pada kaki anjing jenis Silky Terrier di My Vets Animal Clinic Kemang Selatan. Skin flap metode pouch digunakan untuk merekonstruksi kulit anjing yang telah diangkat tersebut. Anjing sudah dapat beraktivitas menggunakan keempat kakinya dengan aktif setelah pelepasan kaki dari kantung (pouch). Pouch flap memberikan hasil yang bagus untuk mengatasi kerusakan kulit setelah pengangkatan cutaneous melanoma pada ekstremitas bagian bawah.Downloads
