Small islands, such as Pasaran Island, has sustainability challenges that require special attention to maintain ecological, economic, social, technological and policy balance. This study analyzed the level of sustainability of Pasaran Island with a multidimensional approach through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving various stakeholders, and using the Multi-Scale Assessment (MSA) method with modeling through Exsimpro software. The results of the analysis show that Pasaran Island has a sustainability score of 33.04, which is classified as Low Sustainable. Specifically, the ecological aspect scored 36.09, economic 33.09, social 30.00, technology and infrastructure 33.00, and policy 33.00. These findings indicate that a multidimensional, stakeholder-based approach can serve as a foundation for formulating more effective management improvement strategies to strengthen sustainability across all relevant aspects.
