ARSHI Veterinary Letters Introduces Separate OJS Platforms for Manuscript Submission and Publication
Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,
To enhance editorial efficiency, streamline manuscript management, and improve the publishing experience, ARSHI Veterinary Letters (ARSHI Vet Lett) now operates two separate Open Journal Systems (OJS) platforms for manuscript submission, peer review, and publication.
These platforms serve distinct purposes while maintaining the continuity, transparency, and quality of the journal's editorial and publication processes.
1. New Submission and Peer-Review PlatformAll new manuscript submissions must be submitted through the dedicated Submission and Peer-Review Platform. Authors are required to register a new account because existing accounts from the previous OJS platform cannot be used to access the new submission system.
The new platform supports:
• New manuscript submission
• Initial editorial screening and evaluation
• Peer-review coordination
• Manuscript revision and editorial decisions
• Editorial communication and manuscript tracking

2. Main Journal Website and Publication PlatformThe main ARSHI Veterinary Letters website remains the official publication platform. Accepted articles will continue to be published and made available through this website, ensuring the continuity of journal archives, DOI registration, indexing information, and open-access dissemination.
The main website provides access to:
• Current and previous journal issues
• Published articles and full-text PDFs
• DOI and bibliographic information
• Journal policies and author guidelines
• Official announcements and publication updates

Authors should continue monitoring the review process through the previous OJS platform unless otherwise instructed.
Under Revision
Revised manuscripts should be uploaded through the existing submission record on the previous platform.
Copyediting and Production
Accepted manuscripts will continue through the remaining editorial and production stages until publication.
Manuscripts Requiring Resubmission
Authors will receive specific instructions from the Editorial Office if resubmission through the new platform is necessary.
IMPORTANT NOTICE

The separation of these platforms supports more efficient editorial management while preserving the journal's commitment to rigorous peer review, publication ethics, scientific quality, and timely dissemination of veterinary knowledge.
