Eastern little tuna is the dominant species caught in Sunda Strait and is favored by the local community. Fishing grounds characteristics are strongly influenced by oceanographic conditions such as temperature and chlorophyll-a. Chlorophyll-a is an indicator of a water column fertility. The length aspect of the fish becomes the main focus in determining the fishing grounds. This study aimed to analyze the catch based on chlorophyll-a, and the fish length that resulted in mapping the fishing grounds of eastern little tuna in Sunda Strait. This research was conducted with the case method from June to July 2021. The analysis used in this study was the scoring associated with chlorophyll-a, fish length, and Catch Per Unit Effort (CPUE). The length fish was the aspect that had the greatest weight. The category of fishing grounds consisted of category potential fishing grounds, medium potential and not potential. Based on the results of the study, the total number of eastern little tuna catches in Sunda Strait waters during the study was 2134 kg. The category of fish size suitable for catching was found in the fishing grounds of Peucang Island, Sumur, Mangir Island, and Paraja Bay. The content of chlorophyll-a in Sunda Strait waters as a whole was in the high category. The fishing ground included in the potential category were Peucang Island, Sumur, Mangir Island, and Paraja Bay, while the non-potential fishing grounds were Tanjung Lesung, Sebesi, Ujung Kulon, Panaitan Island, and Tj Alang-Alang.
