This research examines the development and implementation of a digital business platform that aimed to optimize operations and enhancing customer experience within the business homestay industry, also understanding what is precisely the business model canvas of their Homestay and the goals of this research is to create the design or blueprint the new business platform unique for Cilandak, South Jakarta, Indonesia to attract the new customer. To increase the travel market in the digital era, homestay businesses face challenges in effectively managing bookings, marketing their properties, and providing seamless guest experiences. This research examines the key features of a comprehensive platform, online booking systems, integrated payment gateways, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing functionalities. Furthermore, this research investigates the impact of their platform and the overall growth and sustainability of Homestay sector, emphasize the importance of digital transformation in the Homestay and hospitality management market, within the use of data governance model, data management, data management Inflow and Outflow, personalization, hospitality management and Digital Business Marketing.
