Manajemen IKM is a Small and Medium Industry Development Management Journal, published twice a year in February and September by the Small and Medium Industry Development Study Program (PS MPI) Postgraduate School (SPs), Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB). The articles published cover the activities of the world of small and medium enterprises (UKM), especially Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and related agencies such as banking, technical departments and large private businesses, universities, activists and farmers/fishermen, in Indonesian and English.

The journal publishes in the following research areas:

1. Management: Marketing, finance, production, personnel administration and strategic/R&D
2. Entrepreneurship: Business establishment and development
3. Empowerment: Business/commodity potential, regional economic development and community groups
4. Technology: Application of information technology, product processing and system/model/prototype development
