Abstract

Tuntutan dalam menghasilkan produk layanan dari hasil kemampuan berinovasi hijau menjadi agenda penting dan mendesak bagi pelaku industri usaha jasa terkait di pelabuhan. Disamping pemenuhan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, faktor daya saing juga merupakan alasan mengapa setiap perusahaan berupaya melakukan terobosan inovasi.  Kemampuan menghasikan terobosan inovasi hijau dapat bersumber dari adanya orientasi kewirausahaan para pelaku usaha yang didukung adanya faktor religiusitas dan perkembangan teknologi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan moderasi dari religiusitas dan digitalisasi sistem dalam kemampuan berinovasi hijau yang berdasarkan orientasi kewirausahaan pada perusahaan jasa keagenan kapal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek penelitian perusahaan keagenan kapal dan hasil dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan structural atau structural equation modelling (SEM) WarPls 7.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan berinovasi hijau. Dengan adanya peranan moderasi religiusitas, maka pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan diperkuat secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan berinovasi hijau. Sebaliknya faktor digitalisasi yang diimplementasikan dalam perusahaan justru memperlemah pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kemampuan berinovasi hijau. Hasil penelitian ini menyumbangkan kontribusi empiris dalam pengujian hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dengan kemampuan berinovasi hijau dengan adanya moderasi digitalisasi dan faktor religiusitas dalam mengkonfirmasi landasan teori resource base view (RBV).  Implikasi praktis bagi dunia bisnis terutama perusahaan jasa keagenan kapal yang beroperasi dipelabuhan adala bahwa faktor transformasi digital tidak selalu berkorelasi terhadap kemampuan berinovasi hijau yang mengandalkan orientasi kewirausahaan. Sebaliknya faktor religiusitas yang dimiliki sumber daya peeusahaan akan mendukung dan memperkuat orientasi kewirausahaan dari pelaku usaha dalam menghasilkan terobosan inovasi
