All articles submitted to this journal will pass through the process of review as follows:

1. Pre-reviewed by editor for assuring that the article meets the requirement of the journal and relevant with the topics covered with the journal.
2. Blind-reviewed by 2(two) reviewers to obtain comments and recommendations to decide whether the article will be accepted or not.
3. Editors will decide whether to accept or reject the article and may request the author to revise the article before making final decision.
