Komunikasi Lingkungan dalam Ekowisata: Perbandingan Persepsi Pesandan Efektivitas Framing Pesan

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat konsep pengembangan kawasan Jamblang menjadi destinasi wisata terpadu dengan menganalisis potensi lokal berupa sejarah, sosial, dan budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif dengan melakukan pemetaan potensi dan sosial. Pengumpulan data berupa studi dokumentasi dari Rancangan Peraturan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Wisata Kabupaten Cirebon dan Tata Ruang dan Tata Wilayah, observasi dan focus group discussion dari lintas stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengembangan kawasan wisata Jamblang dapat berupa gabungan atraksi wisata seperti desa wisata, seni dan budaya, wisata kuliner dan wisata tiga agama. Kekuatan narasi dibangun untuk mengemas Kota Tua Jamblang yang memiliki kaitan sejarah budaya, serta kreatifitas masyarakat dalam bentuk ekonomi kreatif. Strategi pembangunan pariwisata didasari pada teori sistem dari Talcott Parsons yaitu: (1) adaptasi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sebagai desa wisata meliputi atraksi, amenitas serta kesiapan masyarakat yang awalnya buta wisata; (2) Pencapaian tujuan pengembangan pariwisata berbasis kawasan adalah fokus pada arah visi dan misi pembangunan Kabupaten Cirebon yakni terwujudnya kabupaten cirebon sebagai destinasi pariwisata yang agamis, berbudaya, berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. (3) Integrasi antar sektor adalah berbagi peran pada para stakeholder serta peran pemimpin daerah yang visioner menjadi penentu keberhasilan setiap unsur bekerja bersama. (4) Pengelolaan pola laten upaya pembangunan pariwisata berbasis kawasan berupa nilai dan norma masyarakat serta undang-undang yang berlaku di Kabupaten Cirebon.
