Introduction: Library visitors are one of the indicators used to assess the success of a library’s management. During the current pandemic, the IPB Library has restricted in-person visits by library users to the library building. Although physical access is restricted, library services remain a priority. The aim of this study is to analyse visitors to the IPB library website and to analyse data from the IPB document repository from 2017 to 2021.
Method: This study employs a quantitative descriptive method. The literature used in this study was sourced from the Google Scholar and ScienceDirect databases. The collection comprised the most recent publications less than 10 years old, specifically research articles. The literature was cited using the Mendeley application, as was the reference list, formatted in APA style
Discussion: Based on website visit data, it was found that the total number of visitors to the perpustakaan.ipb.ac.id website from March 2017 to February 2022 was 237,766. This data indicates that, during the Covid-19 pandemic, visits to the IPB Library website were remarkably high. The data also shows that the majority of visitors came from Asia (particularly Indonesia).
Conclusion: The collection of dissertations, theses and undergraduate dissertations increased by 18.57%. IPBana saw an increase of 0.06%, e-journals increased by 0.60%, and IPB books increased by 0.16%, the research and community empowerment collection by 0.07 per cent, the research centre collection by 35.70%, the scientific oration collection by 46.51%, strategic issue studies by 7.40%, whilst student papers increased by 0.95%.
