Article Processing Charge (APC)

To support the operational costs of journal publishing, including manuscript processing, copyediting, and online publication, Jurnal Mutu Pangan charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 per manuscript.

Following the initial editorial screening, which includes compliance checks with the journal template, author guidelines, and similarity requirements, authors of eligible manuscripts will be requested to pay the APC before the peer-review process begins. Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the manuscript. Publication decisions will be based solely on the manuscript's scientific quality, originality, significance, and suitability for the journal.

Jurnal Mutu Pangan discloses its APC policy to ensure transparency and accountability in its publishing practices. The journal is committed to ethical publishing standards and will not impose any charges beyond those explicitly stated in this policy. Once a manuscript successfully passes the initial editorial screening, the editorial office will contact the corresponding author through the email address registered in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to provide payment instructions and related information.
