Jurnal Ekonomi dan Kebijakan Pembangunan (JEKP) encourages academic discourse, critical feedback, and constructive debate on all published articles. To ensure scientific integrity, transparency, and the continuous accuracy of the scholarly record, the journal provides formal mechanisms for post-publication discussion and corrections.

1. Letters to the Editor & Reader Comments

  • Readers, researchers, and experts are invited to submit formal inquiries, comments, or critiques regarding articles published in JEKP.

  • Submissions should be concise, scientifically grounded, and focused on the methodologies, findings, or interpretations presented in the target article.

  • The Editorial Team will evaluate the submission for academic relevance and propriety. If accepted, the original authors will be invited to provide a formal response, and both the comment and reply will be published together in a subsequent issue.

2. Corrections (Erratum and Corrigendum)

  • Erratum: Published when a significant error was introduced by the editorial/publishing team during production that affects the clarity or integrity of the article.

  • Corrigendum: Published when a significant error was made by the author(s) that alters scientific findings or interpretation without invalidating the core conclusions.

  • All corrections will be formally published as a separate notice, linked to the original article, and assigned a unique DOI.

3. Retractions and Expressions of Concern

  • In cases of substantial scientific misconduct, severe errors, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unethical research practices, JEKP will follow the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • An Expression of Concern may be issued while an investigation is ongoing if there is inconclusive evidence of misconduct.

  • A Retraction Notice will be published if the findings are deemed unreliable or fraudulent. The original article PDF will remain accessible but clearly marked with a "RETRACTED" watermark for transparency.
