TINGKAT KETERGANTUNGAN DAN PERSEPSI NELAYAN PANCING ULUR TERHADAP SUMBERDAYA IKAN DI PRIGI TRENGGALEK JAWA TIMUR (Dependency and Perception of Handline Fishermen towards Fish Resources at Prigi Trenggalek East Java)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to describe dependence and perception of fisheries resources of handline fishers at Prigi Trenggalek. This research was conducted at Prigi, Watulimo, Trenggalek District in Oktober until December 2014. The analysis used Multy Criteria Analysis and descriptive method. Respondents to the survey are 10% from all the handline fishermen. Each respondent represents each household. Results showed that group C have an highest dependence toward fisheries resource. The group think that Prigi still has much resources and the total catch not change in ten years later.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat ketergantungan dan persepsi nelayan pancing ulur di Prigi Trenggalek terhadap sumberdaya ikan yang ada disana. Pengambilan data lapangan bertempat di Prigi Kecamatan Watulimo Kabupaten Trenggalek Jawa Timur pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 10% dari jumlah total nelayan pancing ulur. Satu responden mewakili satu rumah tangga nelayan. Metode analisis menggunakan Multi Criteria Analysis dan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelompok nelayan yang mempunyai jumlah alat tangkap lebih banyak mempunyai ketergantungan yang paling tinggi diantara seluruh kelompok. Kelompok nelayan yang mempunyai ketergantungan tinggi berpendapat bahwa jumlah sumberdaya ikan di Prigi masih banyak.
