Profil Asupan dan Status Gizi pada Responden yang Memiliki Kebiasaan Menonton Video Mukbang Intake Profile and Nutritional Status of Respondents Who Have a Habit of Watching Mukbang Videos
Abstract
Mukbang is video content that displays eating activities with large and appetizing portions. The main objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between the habit of watching mukbang videos and the nutritional adequacy of non-nutritional students of IPB. The research design was a cross-sectional study with 65 subjects who had the habit of watching mukbang for at least the last 1 month. The habit of watching mukbang videos was assessed from the frequency and duration of watching, intake was assessed using a 2x24 hour recall. The average frequency of watching mukbang is 2.3±1.9 times per day with an average duration of 29.90±31.12 minutes per day. The average energy intake per day was 1486±422 kcal, protein 41.3±21.9 g, fat 55.5±21.5 g, carbohydrates 209.7±56.7 g. The frequency of watching mukbang has a significant correlated with the subject's energy adequacy level (p<0.1) while the duration has no significant correlation.
