Aim and Scope
The Indonesian Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship (IJBE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published three times per year (January, May, and September) by the School of Business, IPB University (SB-IPB), in collaboration with the Indonesian Alliance of Magister Management Program (APMMI).
IJBE publishes high-quality empirical research, conceptual studies, and systematic reviews addressing current issues in business and entrepreneurship. The journal especially encourages research with clear practical implications, including field studies and case studies.
The word 'Indonesian' in IJBE reflects solely the origin of the publisher. The geographic scope of the journal encompasses emerging economies worldwide, including but not limited to Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Research grounded in any developing-country or emerging-market context is within scope.
IJBE welcomes submissions exploring (but not limited to) the following areas:
- Digital, social, and sustainable entrepreneurship
- Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) development
- Business model innovation and transformation
- Business risk and resilience management
- Consumer behavior and market dynamics
