Two Separate Platforms for Submission and Publication

 

To enhance our editorial workflow and user experience, Habitus Aquatica has operated on a dual-platform system since June 2026. Please refer to the updated guidelines and platform roles below:

1. Submission and Review Platform (New) All new manuscripts must be submitted through our dedicated submission portal. Because this platform operates independently, authors are required to register a new account prior to submission. Credentials from the main journal website cannot be used on this system.

2. Publication Platform (Main Website) Accepted manuscripts will continue to be published and indexed on our primary journal website. All published articles remain fully integrated with our historical archives and indexing databases. Readers can continue accessing all issues here.

Manuscripts Submitted Before June 2026:

  • Submission Stage: Manuscripts declined due to system migration must be resubmitted through the new Submission Portal after registering a new account.

  • Review Stage: Manuscripts currently under review that have not received formal acceptance must be resubmitted through the new Submission Portal.

  • Copyediting and Production Stages: Manuscripts in these stages will continue processing on the main website through publication.
