Participatory forest management is carried out by the community of Kampung Cibulao, Tugu Utara Village, Bogor Regency, through the Social Forestry program in a forest area spanning 610.64 hectares. The community grows coffee using an agroforestry system to ensure forest conservation. The development of forest management by the community of Kampung Cibulao—which was previously carried out through the PHBM program—has shown minimal contribution to community welfare. This study aims to analyze the extent of the impact of Social Forestry on socioeconomic conditions in Kampung Cibulao. Economically, Social Forestry contributes 29.03% to household income. Community well-being is classified as low; according to the BKKN indicator, 45% of respondents fall into KS2. The size of the managed area has the greatest influence on community acceptance of the Social Forestry scheme. The feasibility analysis indicates that the best-case scenario is for an area larger than 2 ha, with an NPV of Rp144,714,926, a BCR of 1.79, an IRR of 25%, and an estimated payback period of 7.5 years.
