Participatory forest management has been implemented by the residents of Cibulao Hamlet, Tugu Utara Village, Bogor Regency, through the Social Forestry (PS-Kulin KK) scheme covering an area of 610.64 ha. The community cultivates coffee under an agroforestry system to maintain forest sustainability while generating livelihoods. However, the previous community forest management program, implemented under the Collaborative Forest Management (PHBM) scheme, made only a limited contribution to local livelihoods and community welfare. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Kulin KK Social Forestry scheme to the socio-economic conditions of the Cibulao community and to assess the financial feasibility of the agroforestry enterprise. Economically, the PS-Kulin KK scheme contributes 27.19% to the household livelihood structure. Poverty line analysis indicates that the community remains below the poverty threshold. Based on the welfare indicators of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), 45% of respondents were classified as Prosperous Family Level II (KS-II). The size of the managed area and labor allocation were found to have a significant positive effect on household income derived from coffee agroforestry under the Kulin KK scheme. The financial feasibility analysis shows that the most viable business scenario is achieved with a managed area of 2 ha or more, yielding a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 144,714,926; a Benefit–Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.79, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 25%, and an estimated payback period of 7.5 years.
