Penguatan ekonomi masyarakat desa pesisir dalam merespon perubahan iklim dapat diwujudkan melalui kemitraan dan penumbuhan kewirausahaan sosial dengan mengembangkan usaha terpadu agromarine tourism berbasis kekuatan potensi ekonomi lokal di darat dan laut. Pengembangan agromarine tourism dilatarbelakangi pemikiran bahwa pembangunan pedesaan pada hakekatnya adalah pengembangan wilayah desa yang berbasis pada pemanfaatan potensi sumberdaya alam yang ada didalamnya.
