Analisis Gender terhadap Persepsi Petani Muda tentang Dukungan Eksternal Program YESS di Kabupaten Cianjur dan Kabupaten Banjar

Sektor pertanian Indonesia menghadapi tantangan serius dalam regenerasi petani akibat fenomena penuaan petani (aging farmer), sehingga diperlukan inisiatif strategis seperti ProgramYouth Entrepreneurship and Employment Support Services (YESS) untuk mendorong kewirausahaan pemuda. Program ini mengimplementasikan model kolaborasi Quadruple Helix lintas sektoral yang melibatkan pemerintah, akademisi (perguruan tinggi), bisnis (sektor swasta dan perbankan), serta masyarakat sipil (komunitas) sebagai penyedia modal sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi petani muda penerima hibah kompetitif terhadap dukungan eksternal yang diberikan oleh aktor-aktor helix tersebut melalui perspektif gender. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari 152 responden (71 perempuan dan 81 laki-laki) di Kabupaten Cianjur dan Kabupaten Banjar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pemerintah dipersepsi paling positif (88%), sementara dukungan perguruan tinggi berada di kategori sedang (51%). Sebaliknya dukungan dunia usaha (32%) dan perbankan (16%) masih menjadi titik lemah utama. Dari perspektif gender, responden perempuan lebih menghargai inklusi kebijakan pemerintah namun lebih kritis terhadap hambatan sistemik akses pembiayaan dibandingkan laki-laki. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberlanjutan regenerasi petani memerlukan transformasi dukungan eksternal menjadi kemitraan rantai nilai yang strategis dengan mengintegrasikan peran komunitas dalam menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang inklusif dan responsif gender.
