Peran Kepemimpinan Ketua Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam Difusi Inovasi PGPR NK Grow dan Keberhasilan Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kepemimpinan perempuan dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Semi Lestari di Desa Sananrejo, Kabupaten Malang, dalam difusi inovasi PGPR Nk Grow dan mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga melalui Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, yang diawali dengan analisis kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan peran Ketua KWT dan keberhasilan program P2L, diikuti analisis kuantitatif untuk mengevaluasi difusi inovasi. Konsep difusi inovasi Rogers digunakan sebagai kerangka utama untuk memahami proses penyebaran inovasi. Konsep ini menjelaskan bahwa inovator dan pemimpin opini (opinion leader) sebagai bagian sistem sosial memegang peranan penting dalam mempercepat penyebaran inovasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ketua KWT memainkan peran krusial sebagai inovator awal, motivator anggota, fasilitator informasi, dan dinamisator organisasi. Peran-peran ini secara signifikan memengaruhi kecenderungan adopsi inovasi di kalangan anggota. Keberhasilan program P2L juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan Ketua KWT, terbukti dari capaian Juara III lomba P2L tingkat Kabupaten. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan perempuan yang efektif dalam KWT merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendorong adopsi inovasi dan keberlanjutan program pertanian.
