Pemberdayaan Komunitas dalam Mengintegrasikan Perilaku Peduli Lingkungan dan Kesehatan: Perspektif Teori Perilaku Terencana

Penerapan eco-green dan pola hidup sehat penting untuk mewujudkan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Artikel ini menganalisis perubahan perilaku terkait eco-green dan pola hidup sehat dengan menggunakan Teori Perilaku Terencana (Theory of Planned Behavior/TPB). Riset aksi partisipatif dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kampung Kajanan, Buleleng, Bali, dengan melibatkan 27 peserta yang mewakili 27 rumah tangga dalam Program Gerakan Generasi Muda dalam Penerapan Eco-Green dan Pola Hidup Sehat (GEMA PESAT). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan, persepsi, niat, tindakan pengurangan sampah, dan pola hidup sehat. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan partisipan mengenai eco-green telah tergolong tinggi sejak awal, dengan lebih dari 80 persen jawaban benar pada sebagian besar butir. Secara statistik, skor pre-test dan post-test tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p = 0,57), tetapi beberapa indikator mengalami peningkatan nyata, seperti pemahaman pengurangan garam dari 66,67 persen menjadi 96,30 persen dan durasi panen kompos rumahan dari 44,44 persen menjadi 85,19 persen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan komunitas memperkuat sikap positif, perceived behavioral control, niat, dan perilaku aktual partisipan
