Evaluasi Pengembangan Kapasitas melalui Pelatihan Agro-Kreatif pada Anggota Kelompok Wanita Ekonomi Rentan di Kota Padang

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis hasil pelatihan agro-kreatif yang diselenggarakan oleh Human Initiative Sumatera Barat dalam memberdayakan anggota kelompok wanita ekonomi rentan di Kota Padang. Dalam penelitian ini juga mengkaji hubungan antara proses dan hasil pelatihan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode multiple case study pada tiga kelompok binaan di Kecamatan Pauh dan Bungus Teluk Kabung, melibatkan 31 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan agro-kreatif menunjang kapasitas kelompok wanita ekonomi rentan, dengan capaian rata-rata hasil pelatihan sebesar 60,24%. Aspek dorongan semangat menjadi indikator dengan hasil tertinggi, sedangkan dampak ekonomi masih relatif terbatas. Seluruh variabel proses pelatihan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan hasil pelatihan, dimana kekuatan hubungan sangat tinggi. Variabel yang paling berhubungan adalah kejelasan tujuan pelatihan dan penerapan prinsip pembelajaran dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,94. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan, dukungan akses modal, dan penguatan pemasaran berbasis digital untuk meningkatkan kemandirian anggota kelompok wanita ekonomi rentan di masa yang akan datang.
