Pemetaan Struktur Pengetahuan dan Validasi Empiris Jaringan Pasar Beras: Analisis Bibliometrik dan Spillover IPB University
Abstract
Beras merupakan bahan pangan pokok bagi lebih dari setengah populasi dunia. Meningkatnya permintaan global dan volatilitas harga menuntut pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai dinamika jaringan pasar beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan struktur pengetahuan dan menguji validasi empiris riset bertema rice market networks melalui pendekatan bibliometrik dan analisis spillover. Sebanyak 51 dokumen dari basis data Scopus (1990–2024) dianalisis menggunakan Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, kolaborasi ilmiah, serta tema dominan dalam literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi bertema “network of rice market”, dengan Food Security dan Plos One sebagai jurnal utama, serta dominasi kontribusi penelitian dari kawasan Asia, terutama Tiongkok dan Indonesia. Secara empiris, analisis tambahan terhadap data harga beras di Pulau Jawa (2017–2024) menunjukkan keterhubungan pasar yang moderat dengan Total Spillover index sebesar 17,6 persen, mencerminkan integrasi regional yang berkembang namun masih dipengaruhi faktor lokal. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi relevansi antara lanskap riset global dan dinamika pasar domestik. Studi ini membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan mengenai integrasi pasar pangan, transmisi harga, serta efektivitas kebijakan stabilisasi harga di tingkat regional Indonesia.
