Abstract

The problem with UKM is that they have several different types of business and want to get sales reports from each type of business they have quickly. This research aims to create a Sales Force application, namely an application that helps UKM monitor product sales for each sales report via the Sales Force application. This application can monitor how much each Sales has sold UKM products. In developing a sales force automation application, data is stored using SQL (Structured query language) or DBMS database management. The information system design flow created in this study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model which is a method consisting of several process stages that can be used to develop information systems. The results of the SFA (Sales Force Automation) Application can display net profit and contain operational reports on sales of goods sold by the store. The SFA application can display today's sales and best-selling goods data and display current stock data in the store. Through this menu, it is hoped that the owner can analyze the next sales strategy to achieve the Company's sales targets. In addition, this menu can also display records of receivables from customers that have not been paid.
