Pengaruh Penyuluhan terhadap Dampak Sosial Ekonomi Petani Penerima Bantuan Sarana Prasarana Pertanian di Kota Palopo
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis dampak sosial ekonomi petani penerima bantuan sarana prasarana pertanian di Kota Palopo; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh penyuluhan, dinamika kelompok, dan karakteristik bantuan terhadap dampak sosial ekonomi petani penerima bantuan sarana prasarana pertanian di Kota Palopo. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Palopo. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 254 kelompok tani. Jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan error 5 persen yaitu 155 kelompok tani. Setiap kelompok tani diwakili oleh 3 orang petani (1 pengurus dan 2 anggota) sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 465 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM berbasis varians dengan alat analisis Smart PLS 3.29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan, dampak sosial ekonomi bantuan sarana prasarana pertanian termasuk kategori sedang dengan skor rata-rata 57,21 dengan rentang penilaian 10 sampai 100. Terdapat dua aspek dampak sosial ekonomi yang termasuk kategori rendah yaitu kemampuan akses sumber daya dan kemampuan bermitra. Sementara lima aspek lainnya termasuk kategori sedang yaitu peningkatan pendapatan, penambahan sumber mata pencaharian, kemampuan perekonomian, kemampuan mengelola aset, dan kemampuan mengembangkan usaha. Dampak sosial ekonomi secara langsung dipengaruhi signifikan oleh karakteristik bantuan dan penyuluhan, sedangkan secara tidak langsung melalui penyuluhan dipengaruhi signifikan oleh dinamika kelompok dan karakteristik bantuan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi praktis kepada pemerintah dalam mengelola bantuan sarana prasarana pertanian kepada kelompok tani agar memberikan dampak yang positif bagi kesejehteraan penerimanya. Selain itu, secara teori dapat memperkaya khasanah keilmuan bidang penyuluhan terutama berkaitan dengan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kelompok tani.
