Abstract
This study explores the Game Theory approach to negotiation in several literature studies. Through a literature study, we found that Game Theory has proven invaluable in outlining dynamics and strategies in negotiation situations in a variety of contexts, including in complex agribusiness environments. The results show the importance of understanding strategic interactions, making decisions and seeing interests and cooperation based on dynamic variables and making optimal strategies in successful negotiations. Nash equilibrium helps reveal the potential outcome of negotiations. The study makes important theoretical and practical contributions to the literature in the way of negotiating and offers implications for entrepreneurs, policy makers and actors in conducting negotiations.
