Spatial Bioeconomic Analysis of Grouper Fishing on the Fisheries Management Framework in Saleh Bay Analisis Bioekonomi Spasial Perikanan Kerapu Dalam Kerangka Pengelolaan Perikanan Di Teluk Saleh
