How to Make a Submission

Guideline for Online Submission

Author should first register as Author through the following address: http://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jalmuzaraah/user/register

Author should fulfil the form as detail as possible where the star marked form must be entered. After all form textbox was filled, Author clicks on “Register” button to proceed the registration. Therefore, Author is brought to online author submission interface where Author should click on “Make a New Submission”. In the Make a Submission section, please fill the Title and please check-mark on the Submission Checklist and on the Privacy Consent. Then click on “Begin Submission: to go to step one of the five step submission process”. The following are five steps in online submission process:

  1. Step 1 – Enter the Submission Details: Author(s) must fill the textbox of paper abstract and then click continue.
  2. Step 2 – Upload the Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click ‘Add File’, then choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click Upload button. The next step is choose ‘Article Text’ from the question of ‘What kind of file is this?’and then click continue.
  3. Step 3 – Add the Contributor: In this step, add details for all of the contributors to this submission (Click ‘Add Contributor’). Contributors added here will be sent an email confirmation of the submission, as well as a copy of all editorial decisions recorded against this submission. If a contributor can not be contacted by email, because they must remain anonymous or do not have an email account, please do not enter a fake email address. You can add information about this contributor in a message to the editor at a later step in the submission process.
  4. Step 4 – Enter Comments for the Editor (If Any): This is optional step (not mandatory). Add any information that you think our editorial staff should know when evaluating your submission.
  5. Step 5 – Confirm the Submission (Review and Submit): Review the information you have entered before you complete your submission. You can change any of the details displayed here by clicking the edit button at the top of each section. Once you complete your submission, a member of our editorial team will be assigned to review it. Please ensure the details you have entered here are as accurate as possible. Then please check-mark on Copyright Confirmation.

After this submission, Author(s) who submit the manuscript will get a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, Author(s) are able to track their submission status at anytime by logging in to the online submission interface. The submission tracking includes status of manuscript review and editorial process.
