Focus and Scope

JABM publishes information of empirical research and reviews in the field of business and management applications such as business strategy management, financial management, human resources and organization, business value chain and other issues in the field of business and management.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

JABM is an open access journal which means that all contents is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Peer Review Process

Editor in Chief will assign the manuscript to a corresponding section editor for further handling. The section editor will request at least two scientists to review the manuscript. All manuscripts are checked by qualified peer review and the authors are subject to blind peer review whose identities will remain anonymous. Based on the comments from the revieweres, Section Editor, and Editor in Chief will make the decision on the manuscript.

Article Processing and Submission Charges Policy

JABM has article processing charges as mentioned in guidelines author. Author whose work is accepted for publication is subjected to pay IDR 2.000.000 per printed article. Meanwhile, JABM Information does not apply any submission charge.
